We are pleased to offer in-depth Feasibility Studies for franchised and independent hospitality industry projects. Our staff has prepared 100’s of studies for over 50 different franchise in the past 20 years. The financial community has never denied a project based on our staff’s study. If the findings, delineated in the Feasibility Study, come to fruition, the project will be successful.

SITE ANALYSIS / MARKET STUDIES
We can assist in identifying potential sites for hotel development. The Competitive Supply and Sources of Demand are factored to identify the specific hotel franchise to meet the projects success. If the financial community warrants a full hotel Feasibility Study, then a portion of the fee to perform the Site Analysis, is applied to the Hotel Feasibility fee.
