Welcome. I'm Steve Belmonte, President of Hospitality Solutions, LLC, the company that offers expertise, strong
support and a multitude of services to help hotel-industry entrepreneurs
effectively and successfully work and negotiate with hotel franchise
and management companies.

As a veteran hospitality-industry executive — including

years as president and C.E.O. of Ramada and 10 years as
president and C.E.O of a top hotel-management company — I have the experience
to help you and your ownership/management team not only resolve problems but
discover opportunities.

Effective immediately, Hospitality Solutions LLC is lowering its fees for properties needing assistance with liquidated-damage claims that have been terminated.
